Note that if you sent empty cartridges not on this list you will not be paid for those. If you sent empty cartridges that have been previously refilled or remanufactured you will not be paid for those with the exception of those cartridges on the list which are designated as acceptable as previously refilled or remanufactured. We dispose and do not return any cartridges sent to us that are not on the purchase list above. We are not responsible for cartridges broken due to improper packaging. The Cartridge Shipping Guidelines we have set out are used to ship thousands of cartridges per month safely. Always follow those guidelines. If your shipping boxes were damaged by UPS, we will submit a claim to UPS for reimbursement. You must follow all shipping instructions sent to you to receive proper payment. Not following these instructions will result in partial payment, non-payment or exclusion from this cartridge recycling and purchase program.
