1. How To Pack And Ship New Supplies

Boxing New Items

When selling us New Printer Cartridges or New Printer Supplies, products MUST be overboxed for shipping. Shipping labels CANNOT be attached directly to products. Package your new factory sealed products into a larger box/boxes. Fill all empty space in the shipping box with packaging material such as newspaper, bubble wrap, air bags, or other protective materials to prevent damage in transit. Please keep weight below 50 lbs per shipping box.

Don't Remove Labels Picture

Please do not remove any labels or tape on the products. We will professionally remove all labels and identifying information on packages upon receipt of order.

2. How to Pack and Ship Used Printer Cartridges

Attention!

When selling us used / empty printer cartridges, you must ship a minimum of 8 used laser cartridges OR a minimum 25 used inkjet cartridges PER SHIPPING BOX to qualify for the free shipping label(s). HERE ARE THE EXCEPTIONS TO THE MINIMUM CARTRIDGE SHIPMENT REQUIREMENTS. If you meet the minimum cartridge requirements for either laser or inkjet cartridges, then you may ship less than the minimum on the other type of empty/used cartridge. FOR EXAMPLE: If you meet the minimum of 8 empty/used laser cartridges in your shipment, then it’s OK to ship less than 25 empty inkjets in the same shipment. The same rule applies if you meet the 25 minimum inkjet cartridges, then it’s OK to ship less than 8 laser cartridges in the same shipment. Not following the minimum empty cartridge shipping requirements will result in a $12 per UPS Label shipping charge to you.

How To Box Empties 1

It is best to ship the cartridges in their original boxes and packaging when possible. This is the best way to avoid shipping damage. If shipping without the original boxes, each cartridge must be individually wrapped in bubble wrap, newspaper, kraft paper or something similar to cushion the cartridges and prevent shipping damage.

How To Box Used Items

How Not To Box Used Items

Empty/Used cartridges not in their original boxes CANNOT be shipped without packaging. The cartridges are very fragile. We cannot give credit for any cartridges that arrive damaged due to improper packaging. Cartridges that are received damaged will be discarded at our discretion and will not be returned.
